B2B appointment setting,
run like it matters.

Mogul is a done-for-you appointment setting firm for teams selling $25k+ engagements. We own everything between a target market and a confirmed conversation in your calendar — and we do it quietly, precisely, and on the record.

01 — Approach

We sell certainty,
not hustle.

Same quarter, same team. The only variable is who you wrote to, and why.

Principles

Six rules we
do not bend.

Most outbound fails in month two, when the list runs thin and the follow-up gets lazy. These are the rules that keep ours working in month seven — and the ones you can hold us to on every weekly report.

  1. Lists are built, not bought

Every list is constructed by hand against a written profile spec, then enriched and verified. A bought list is someone else’s guess about your market.

  2. One narrative across channels

Email, phone and LinkedIn are sequenced as a single story, not three campaigns competing for the same person’s attention.

  3. Relevance at the buyer’s altitude

Messaging is written for the person who signs, not the person who uses. The opening line could not be sent to anyone else.

  4. Positioning before sending

The first two weeks go to positioning and list construction. Sending early is the most expensive way to save time.

  5. Show rate is part of the job

A booked meeting that does not happen is not a result. Confirmation and reminders are built into how we set appointments.

  6. Reported on the real numbers

Weekly, on the same figures we use internally — touches, replies, booked, held, and what happened after.

The difference

Not another
lead-gen agency.

Most outbound agencies sell activity and hope some of it turns into pipeline. We are measured on the other end — the meetings that hold and the pipeline they create.

06 — Outreach

Silence that sells.

Seven touches over twenty-one days, each with a job. Then we close the loop and leave. How we keep it lawful.

Subject: your first two quarters

Marcus,

You took the revenue seat in March and the number did not move with you — same quota, same team, two quarters to show a change.

We run outbound for industrial services firms in that position. One added 41 qualified conversations in a quarter without hiring.

Worth fifteen minutes? No deck, and I will come with a view on your targeting rather than questions about it.

Ownership

What we own,
what stays with you.

We own the profile, the list, the research, the writing, the sending, reply handling, qualification and booking — the whole distance from target definition to a confirmed conversation.

The commercial conversation and the delivery that follows it stay with your team. If you are still building a closing team, we can carry the close until you have one.

Pipeline · Conviction · Closed

The work is unglamorous. The result is a calendar full of people who can sign.

That is the whole of the approach. Everything above is how we make it true every week.

Still deciding

Fifteen minutes, and you leave with a view on your targeting.
